Psychotherapy Sessions

Psychotherapy or counselling sessions are traditional talk therapy that is conducted for individuals or in pairs (couples). These sessions occur face-to-face or via telehealth and can assist in the management of a variety of issues. These sessions are tailored to your individual needs. These sessions are suitable for those who are looking for management of mental health issues, specific personal development goals, and those going through distress needing one-on-one support. Psychotherapy is suitable for people of all ages. Please refer to the list below to find out further about the methods we use in psychotherapy sessions.

    Individual Session (50-Minutes): $160

    Couples Session (75-minute): $210

    We welcome NDIS (self and plan-managed clients) and VOCAT clients. Fees are set according to NDIS and VOCAT standards, please enquire with your practitioner for further information.

    Please note: Counselling sessions are not rebatable via Medicare. We offer some rebates for certain private health insurance and union funds, please check in with your practitioner to confirm this.

    Sliding scale fee is offered for international students and low-income earners.

    Fee are subject to change every financial year. Reports and other letters are subject to additional cost.
